We chose to work with Monica Bennion in April and May of 2007. In the course of three weeks she showed us fifteen homes and second showings of three different homes, making a total of eighteen showings in twenty one days. At the same time, she worked just as hard for her other clients and found time to spend with her family.

 

What we found most impressive about Monica was that though she represented us as buyers, she consistently showed respect and courtesy to all potential sellers. After each showing, she called their realtors and gave feedback about what we liked and disliked about the houses.

 

A few days before we were to close on our house, Monica hurt her back and needed surgery-- on our closing day. She found an equally competent co-worker to take over our case at closing. She also worked on our paperwork up to the day she went into the hospital. After she recovered, and we had already closed on our home, she did regular follow up to be sure we were happy.

 

When people ask us, "Who did you work with to buy your house?" We'd reply 'Monica Bennion' and their reaction would be, "Oh, yes! We've heard of her!" Monica made a good name for herself in the Rio Grande community due to her kindness, honesty, diligent focus on all clients, and good old-fashioned hard work.
